This website, bopolyo.store, is operated by BOPOLYO LLC, doing business as BOPOLYO ("BOPOLYO", "we" %, "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order,
you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy, If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our products
BOPOLY products are made to order by our production partner, Printify, and its network of print providers. Colors may look different on your screen than on the printed product, and print placement and fabric feel can vary slightly between items. We do our best to show our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly.
3. Figibility.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
4. Orders, pricing, and availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and an order is only accepted once we confirm it.
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or if a product becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before you place your order.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, text, images, and other content on this site belong to BOPOLYO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, print, sell, or use them without our written permission,

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with how the site works, using automated tools to scrape or overload it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Third-party services and links
Our site relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, and Printity.
Our site may also link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", and BOPOLYO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live, which these Terms do not override.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order is placed

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
